DIGITAL // PERFORMANCE WEB + GOOGLE ADS BASED IN UKRAINE AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE

A WEBSITE IS NOT THE RESULT. THE RESULT IS CLIENTS.

I build websites, launch Google Ads, and set up Google Maps and basic SEO - a system that brings people from search straight into your business. Not scattered contractors. One process, one person responsible for the result.

[004]

How it works

01

ANALYZE

We break down the business, product and goal. Skip this and the rest is guesswork.

02

BUILD

We build the site: structure, design, development, CTAs, forms.

03

CONNECT

We connect analytics, Google Maps, basic SEO.

04

LAUNCH

We launch Google Ads on a system that's already wired up.

05

OPTIMIZE

We analyze results and optimize - the ads and the site.

[005]

Cases

Not separate services - one system: website, SEO, GEO, Google Ads, analytics, Google Maps and ongoing optimization, all under one owner.

A WEBSITE THAT GROWS ITSELF - THROUGH SEO AND GEO

5NEW ARTICLES / WEEK
160+ARTICLES ON THE BLOG
$0AD SPEND - ALL TRAFFIC IS ORGANIC

No ads run here. Instead - ongoing, systematic work on organic traffic: technical SEO, GEO optimization for AI search, and a steady stream of content.

TASK
Build Kinezis a full Google-presence system with no ads - organic only: the site, technical SEO, and consistent content.
WHAT I DID
I maintain the site (catalog, 160+ blog posts), connected Google Analytics 4, Search Console and Microsoft Clarity, set up a Telegram bot for leads. In a separate round - a technical SEO/GEO upgrade: sitewide FAQ schema, answer-box summaries for AI search, an llms.txt file, and a fixed header layout shift.
RESULT
The project is in constant organic growth - around 5 new articles go out every week, and it's systematic work, not a one-off launch. Analytics has been connected from day one, so all traffic is tracked.
TOOLS
Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, Telegram Bot, SEO, GEO

GA4, traffic acquisition over 3 months - 53% engagement rate, mostly direct visits and Google organic search.

Google Search Console: AI search performance for Kinezis

Search Console's "AI features" report - the site already appears in Google AI Overviews. That's the GEO work paying off.

Google Search Console: search performance for Kinezis
143 clicks

Search Console, regular search results over 3 months - 3.17k impressions, 4.5% CTR, average position 14.7.

FROM ZERO TO PROFITABLE ADS IN 3 WEEKS

3.6xROMI - AD PAYBACK
16CONVERSIONS IN 3 WEEKS
~12PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY VISITED THE SALON
18 000₴REVENUE ON 5 000₴ AD SPEND

The site launched fairly recently. Ads are already paying back, and I'm running SEO and GEO in parallel so growth doesn't depend on ad spend alone.

TASK
The business had no website, no ads, and no presence on Google - everything had to be built from scratch, with ads profitable from the start.
WHAT I DID
Built the site, connected Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity and a Telegram bot for leads, created the Google Maps listing, launched SEO and GEO. In Google Ads - 1 search campaign, 3 ad groups, geo-targeted to roughly a 5 km radius around the salon.
OPTIMIZATION
  • One ad group had too-expensive conversions - paused it.
  • A second group brought in no conversions at all - paused it.
  • Kept and keep optimizing the group that performed best.
  • Ongoing negative-keyword work, search-term analysis, and adding new relevant keywords.
RESULT
Over 3 weeks of ads: 16 conversions, roughly 12 people actually walked into the salon, average ticket ~1500₴. Revenue from these clients was about 18 000₴ against 5 000₴ ad spend (+13 000₴ net): a 3.6x ROMI - about 3.60₴ in revenue per 1₴ spent.

533 sessions

GA4 for the same period - 36% of sessions came from google/cpc (the ads), the rest from organic, Threads and Instagram.

BUILT THE SITE - GROWING ORGANIC - SCALING WITH ADS NEXT

IN PROGRESS
234+PLAY STRUCTURES IN THE CATALOG
114+OUTDOOR GYM UNITS IN THE CATALOG

This isn't a finished result - it's a current stage. The e-commerce site is live, the structure is scale-ready, and SEO/GEO is underway. Google Ads is the next step.

TASK
An e-commerce store for kids' sports and play equipment and outdoor gym gear - it needed a structure built to scale, not just a catalog site.
WHAT I DID
Built the e-commerce site and its structure, launched SEO and GEO optimization, preparing the project to scale.
NEXT STEP
Launch Google Ads on top of the already-prepared system, once the organic base and structure are fully ready for paid traffic.
TOOLS
SEO, GEO, Google Ads prep

A DIRECTION OF WORK, NOT ONE CLIENT

Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity - setup, checking that data collection is accurate, analyzing user behavior, and preparing data to optimize the site and the ads.

Why me

STRATEGY

I don't run ads blindly. Goal and product first, campaign second.

DATA

Decisions are based on numbers, not "I just like it better this way".

WEB

I build the site with the ads in mind, not separately - otherwise the traffic just leaks away.

PERFORMANCE

The goal isn't a "pretty picture" - it's the client's business result.

"I started in ads and saw it firsthand: half the budget was burning through websites that weren't ready to handle traffic. So now I do both sides myself - the ads, and the site built for them."
