Snezhagroom: from zero to profitable ads in 3 weeks
For a grooming salon I built the website, analytics and a Google Maps listing, and launched Google Ads. After optimization, in 3 weeks the ads brought 16 conversions and about 12 salon visits: roughly 18,000 UAH in revenue on 5,000 UAH spend, a 3.6x ROMI.

Cases: Snezhagroom
Task
The business had no website, no ads and no Google presence. Everything had to be built from scratch, with the ads profitable from the start.
What was done
- Salon website, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, a Telegram bot for leads.
- Google Maps business listing, SEO and GEO.
- Google Ads: 1 search campaign, 3 ad groups, geo-targeted to about a 5 km radius around the salon.
Optimization
- One ad group had too-expensive conversions - paused it.
- A second group brought no conversions at all - paused it.
- Kept and keep optimizing the best-performing group.
- Ongoing work with negative keywords, search-term analysis and new relevant keywords.
Result
In 3 weeks: 16 conversions, about 12 people visited the salon, average ticket 1,500 UAH. Revenue from these clients was about 18,000 UAH on 5,000 UAH of ads (+13,000 UAH net). A 3.6x ROMI: about 3.60 UAH in revenue per 1 UAH spent. The site launched recently; SEO and GEO are running in parallel.
