1. Nobody visits the site

A site without traffic is like a shop in a basement with no sign. Check in Google Analytics how many people visit. If few do, you need SEO, ads or Google Maps.

2. The wrong people visit

Ads on overly broad queries bring people looking for something else. Review the search terms in Google Ads and add negative keywords.

3. The site is slow

If a page takes long to load, some visitors leave before it does. Check the speed in PageSpeed Insights and compress heavy images first.

4. It is awkward on a phone

Most people search for services on their phones. Open your site on a smartphone and try to send an inquiry the way a customer would.

5. The next step is unclear

The first screen should make clear what you offer and what to do next: a button, a form, a phone number, a messenger.

6. Leads get lost

A form can silently fail, and emails can land in spam. Send yourself a test inquiry. A reliable option is to deliver leads straight to a messenger, for example through a Telegram bot.

7. No trust and no analytics

Reviews, case studies, real photos, contacts and a privacy policy build trust. And without analytics and lead tracking there is no way to see what exactly is not working.

Example: for the Snezhagroom grooming salon we connected the website, analytics, a Telegram bot for leads and ads into one system. In 3 weeks the ads brought 16 conversions and a 3.6x ROMI.
